Scope of Service:
CBH Outpatient Programs are provided in a combination of settings, including community, home, and clinic. A range of services are organized within a comprehensive therapeutic environment that includes screening and assessment, diagnostic determination, individual counseling, consumer advocacy, and referral to community resources. All consumers are assigned to a Licensed Mental Health Professional who assists in individual planning and care. Services additionally include consultation and coordination with family and/or professional care providers (medical, behavioral, etc.), when necessary.
